Can I get banned for this?
As you can see from the video above, the Ghoul player becomes glitched after downing me and can’t move from that spot or perform an attack. This was just a glitch but I’m worried that they might assume I’ve used some sort of hack / exploit as it happened directly after downing me. I’m a PlayStation player and can’t use hacks nor would I ever want to use them. If I was reported would the match be properly reviewed and would it be determined that it was just an innocent glitch and nothing more?

You're just playing the game. A bug happened, you didn't cause it.
Basically you can only be banned in DbD if another player records you doing something egregious like obvious cheating and reports you. And even then there's no guarantee of a ban.
Unless Easy-Anticheat finds cheat software on your computer, then I think it's a permaban no questions asked.

Id say your probably in the clear, lol. Ppl get bugged out from the dumbest things in this game during normal gameplay. Ive seen plenty of times when someone will get stuck in a dropped pallet or something and the only way they can get free is if their opponents help. Obviously im not the player in question, but…if I was that ghoul and saw someone trying to "fix" a bug, im not gonna assume that player was responsible. Kudos to you for trying to nudge him out of that position rather than just going straight to farming every benefit you can get.

I’m glad to hear that. I know bugs can happen but the timing of this one just looked suspicious as it was my first down of the match and it didn’t seem to glitch when anybody else got downed lol. There was a pallet nearby that I was trying to get the Ghoul player to follow me to as I wanted to see if stunning him would have fixed the issue but they couldn’t move from that one spot. I’m glad they let us finish the last generators and leave instead of disconnecting.

I think this might be the bug where sometimes when you load into the match you move like you are lagging a little bit and then when you first time do anything you get stuck. Seen several of these that happened to survivor as its more common there but I think this might be the first one I have seen on killer side. These would need to be reported as only way to get these fixed would be the logs of the match as they are not easy to reproduce.
