SOLIDARITY and BEST GIFT EVER

SOLIDARITY was recently buffed to work even when healing a teammate with a medkit, and in this PTB, that buff has been removed. The removal of this is not mentioned in the patch notes or the perk description, so I believe this is unintended.

Also, I believe the perk BEST GIFT EVER is slightly off, numbers-wise. I wanted to pair it with the new perk BEST GIFT EVER to self-heal my teammate and myself to 100% at the same time, but it left me at like 99% of a full heal. SOLIDARITY is 75%, and Best GIFT EVER is 25%. If diminishing returns were the reason, I would be at around 87.5%, so I'm sure either BEST GIFT EVER is slightly under 25%, or SOLIDARITY is slightly under 75%

Please allow SOLIDARITY to work with Med-kits again,
