Thanatophobia Buff

Current Thanatophobia:

All Survivors receive penalties to Repair, Healing and Sabotage speeds for each Injured, Dying, or hooked Survivor.
1 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivor: 4/5/6% reduced action speed.
2 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 7/8/9% reduced action speed.
3 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 10/11/12% reduced action speed.
4 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 13/14/15% reduced action speed.

Reworked Thanatophobia:

Each time you hit a survivor, gain a token.
Once you reach 6/5/4 tokens, the perk activates for 60 seconds and the tokens are consumed.
While Thanatophobia is active, survivors suffer a 15% action speed penalty in repairing, healing, cleansing, sabotaging, and gate opening.
Thanatophobia shows a timer while it is active.

    I say take out self care and then have a very small penalty for first 30 secs, say 5% but then increase 5% penalty every 30 secs until you get healed. Then it is up to survivor to either try and get gens done quickly first and then find help or to find help straight away. Just give another tactic option??

    Here is what I would change about this idea...

    THANATOPHOBIA
    -Each time you hit a survivor, gain a token up to 2/3/4.
    -A token expires every 30 seconds or when a survivor is healed.
    -This perk is activate only while tokens are available.
    -While this perk is active, survivors suffer a 15% action speed penalty to repairing and healing actions.
    -Perk will display token expiration timer (eg. Blood Warden).

    hmmm...
    Expanding on that idea, what if instead of just always having a 15% action speed penalty, the survivors suffered a 5% action penalty for each stack you have? Then you lose a stack every 30ish seconds?
