NOED = cleanse totems, having trouble finding them: Detective's Hunch, Small Game
Afraid of being slugged? = Try these: Unbreakable, No Mither
No one is unhooking you? = Be the nice guy: Deliverance
Camped? = don't be toxic and don't swarm the hook. Wait for the killer to be distracted in a chase or do gens. Chill on the hook.
Trouble with killer powers? = Play them for a while and figure out how they work. All the killers have weaknesses who can be exploited.

Well you don't need to counter everything, only what you struggle the most with.
If you struggle with everything you need to play more to understand the gamemechanic better and actively try out and figure out how things work and what especially works for you.Happy gaming in the fog!

Well you don't need to counter everything, only what you struggle the most with.

NOED? = Bring small game or SWF, also don't travel in groups end game
Ruin? = Same as above or just learn to do skill checks
Camped? = BT (SWF), Breakdown, Sprint Burst/Dead Hard, loop while alive and do whatever you can to avoid going downHatch = slug for 4k, find survivor before they find hatch or play the waiting game
Looped/in a strong area? = switch targets, bring in Enduring to feel safer swinging through pallets, Bamboozle to counter some window loops
Inta-heals?=Franky's also helps
Gen rushed? = Discordance can also helpJust some addition stuff! ^^

Ruin can be countered by simply getting great skillchecks, the survivors that aren't able to hit those are not a problem in the first place, that is if survivors don't cleanse it within the first 20 seconds.
Bamboozle can be countered by abandoning the loop.
Haunted Grounds is #########, MYC is countered by hiding.
Give the killers a hatch-like mechanic and hatch wouldn't feel so unfair.
None of the things you mentioned need perks to get countered.

I wish you would drop this negative attitude and start helping each other out.
It's a game we are playing and it suppose to be fun!
I often help overwhelmed survivors and killers after the game and give them tips, point out great things they did during the match and encourage not to give up.
I feel truly sorry if you think this is bait or ill intend.0
