Ok, I'm not sure which perk this fits better. If either honestly, it could be a standalone perk or something. The mechanic is the important part.
Onto the issue: NOED. Don't quit reading here! This isn't a "REEEEE I DIED TO NOED EVEN THOUGH I COULD HAVE COUNTERED IT THIS IS OP PLS NERF!1!1!!!" complaint. I don't consider NOED a problem except when the killer camps with it.
I propose that when the killer remains within 16 (number is malleable) meters of a hooked survivor (carrying a perk with this mechanic) for 30 seconds (timer also subject to change) the auras of unlit totems are revealed to all the other survivors.
Only unlit totems will be shown since SWF could abuse this to find lit ones. This is more of a buff to solo queue players. And in case someone points out it could expose Devour Hope to survivors, if the killer was camping they probably weren't planning on getting much use out of Devour Hope.
