There is literally no point Playing killer

Geez no wonder many people say survivors are OP,Especially if they all are running ds and purple flashlights. The icing on the cake is that they are swf and used discord while playing. Very fun and balanced.

Just had a match as Legion against some pretty sweaty survivors. I only got one kill that match and the other left t-bagging. I honestly didn't care, I got my pip so it didnt matter to me. If you ever lose and feel like you need to vent, either just take a break or take some REALLY strong addons with the best perks in the next match (perhaps and ebony mori to top it off as well). Besides, Decisive is getting nerfed, it wont be as bad anymore. Flashlights arent hard to dodge at ALL. If you chase the person that's trying to blind you, you now have 3 people off of gens. As for the swf, just show no mercy, theres no need to play nice if you dont want to

Most swf groups are potatoes and the swat teams are rare and most groups I'm lucky to see 1 DS let alone 2 and usually I still 3-4k on them. The saw teams will wipe the floor with me a lot of times depending on map rng.

But If I've faced them before i know how they play and adjust accordingly and can still get 2-4k on the sweaty ones because I adapt.

Nice man,Geuss I got the rare swat team.

There's a lot of benefits to playing killer. It's a change of pace from survivor. You don't have to rely on others to be competent and you ultimately decide what kind of killer you're going to be, so there's some solace in that. You get quite a lot of BP, too. I would recommend picking up LF if you haven't gotten him yet. ^^ I know of people who will play as killer while solo and have been told by some that they prefer killer since you don't have to rely on others with killer.

May I ask what rank you are as killer? If you get a team who're all solid, it's just quite unlucky, though there's still counters to them. A lot of times you'll find weak links in your matches. People who throw down pallets at the drop of a hat are great, for instance. I'll follow one for a bit and then break off them to chase the other people (who often expect the pallets to still be there and will have less to work with).

I've gotten the uber sweaty swat teams before I had a 4 man swf with 3 sabo legacy Jakes and I wa Spirit on Barn of Death. I played horribly as well and didn't keep track of actual names and so all 4 got out but it was still funny.

I got them later again but this time on Lery's as Spirit and I mori'd all 3 and gave the 4th the hatch and not all
    gens got done either.

They were good sports after every match and yes the groups exist but the chances of getting them let alone getting them multiple times is rare.

But deep down there is no point in doing anything if you think about it...

    That's deep.

  • Killer is easier and better for farming bloodpoints if you're working to max out every character. The drawback is the lobby waits. Toxic swfs are not very common from my experience

Yup. Therefore not so many people are playing killer, and survivors end up having long queue times. :(

I never  understood how you dodge flashlights while being animation locked, the only chance to not get blinded is the survivor messing up. And you dont need any extra survivors for pallet blinds, all others can genrush in the meantime

I still find Killer fun to play. (Even though that's only because of 1 Killer & 1 Perk.)

AFK and rub one out because when you play against a swf group it will not be a good time for you.

I switched from survivor to killer months ago because survivor game is so flat and the bp grind is ridiculous. Killer is much more dynamic, it is way easier to gain BP than survivor, and I can dictate more of my matches than I could as survivor. I don't have to worry about having that crap luck where I start next to a face camping killer after using good addons/offering and leave with less than 3k bp. Instead, I have the rare swf hit squad, in which I still get 16-20k bp even if I got rolled. Killer is by far the better role, especially since the healing changes, and several other survivor nerfs. I find I have to purposely pull back in order to not 3-4k every match.

In short, once you get better at killer, it is a much better role. When you see that SWF with flashlights, etc, load up mori and franklin's and use as needed.

The only drawbacks to killers are map RNG, depending on your killer. Since I play Pig, Spirit, and Hag, I deal with most of the chase woes.

Pig and Spirit are woefully addon dependent. You can't take on a serious SWF without a good addon combination, such as Slow-Release Toxin (traps cause Exhaustion), or extra boxes on Pig. On the Spirit, I find her movement speed addons to be the best, though removing her phasing emission (Yakuyoke Amulet), and double phasing addons are useful on certain maps and builds.

The Hag is pretty universally strong now, though having one survivor run around and nonstop trigger traps is still hard to deal with if you haven't already gotten pressure rolling.

On PS4 in my experience that “one” swf group is common. Just today I got gen rushed by a stealth group and in the end a David got cocky and cleansed a totem by me and I had hinder hatchets so he didn’t make it and one of the survivors tried making me mad by messaging me saying “rektttttttt” I pretty much just told him I always had next game. I was happy getting the David lol

Recently I've been going against more and more SWAT swf teams. They aren't always toxic, but they have perfected their survivor play styles (easy af tbh) therefore making them nearly uncatchable. And when you do, they nearly always have adrenaline, which is just a huge middle finger.

The biggest pain is that point gain is x5 better on killer than survivor, so it's a big mental risk reward - do I go slow progression and have a fun, mostly untouchable time, or do I go in and maybe get more BP or get run around for 4 gens and get my anger pushed on by some random 12 year olds playing the power role.

And when I show these groups, with about an average of 2 DS, my NOED they have the gall to say that NOED is overkill.

The only killer I've been having success with mostly is Billy for obvious reason. He's in the perfect zone where, even without add-ons, he can be more and just a minor thorn.

I don't like pushing the "Us VS Them" agenda, but survivors can be harshly horrible and toxic sometimes. I don't want to doubt this games future, as I think perfection is slowly coming every day, but players like this are degrading the experience of the game every day.

(fyi it's 7am and I've been staying up all night. I'm not writing with structure or flow rn lol)
