Priority changes?
These are some of the things (very briefly covered) that i believe are the most crucial changes this game needs:
Fixed ranking system
We all know that it is too easy to rank up as both killer and survivor, meaning that there are longer que times at low ranks, and skill levels are very imbalanced at high ranks meaning bad killer against good survivors and vice versa. There is also LITERALLY NO intensive to get to rank one, unless you enjoying being camped as survivor or looped as killer more often, so please add rank rewards.
Bloodpoint grind
The grind for bloodpoints with the amount of perks in the game now is ridiculous, and takes far too long to get everything '. I also believe that survivors get too few bloodpoints compared to killer as literally every game, even when the killer plays badly, they get far more points than even the highest survivors, and they even get BBQ and Chilie (which is way betteer than we're gonna farm forever)
Balance
Many perks are obsolete and i wish i could see variation in perk builds, instead of the same meta. Barely any of the recent perk changes have been successful, with perks like deja vu and dark sense continuing to be a joke. The same goes for killers, whith the trapper becoming a joke with traps the survivors can dodge and an incredible reliance on his addons. Both wraith and trapper mainly had their addons buffed, leaving 2 weak killers who NEED their addons.
I would say bugs but i've lost hope...

I am not sure if they will ever do something about perk grind honestly.
It is a way to keep people playing the game for them. Many people would leave the game if they had nothing to play for.

The ranking system should be a top priority I agree, that is if they want it to actually be a ranking system of course, as it seems as of now it's an artificial way to give players something to do achieve until reset.
Maybe a ranking system isn't need at all just a better matchmaking system which bases your game off of hours and skill, skill would have to have a few conditions for each side.
The blood point grind does need looked at, one thing of course to take into consideration that has changed is there is no real need to prestige unless you really want the bloody clothes as there are so many cosmetics now, maybe a simple 4 perks per bloodweb over lvl 30 and you can pick two would help greatly.
The perks are a strange one and people tend to use them which help them the most, in a game such as this there will always be what is considered the strongest loadouts for each side with slight variations for what some prefer.
How they make others become more used? I don't know if they can as for killer they want things to help find survivors and end chases faster and survivors well they want things to help them escape the killer or give them more chances, adding more of these could make the balance worse.
Maybe they could make it worthwhile to use different loadouts by way of rewards, one idea is to use the daily challenge example, a system which is aimed at using certain perk loadouts in a match which are not meta where you get extra bloodpoints or shards and they reset to guve new ones every hour or two giving players a choice, this may also help with the blood point grind.

I really like your last idea, like a perks of the day kind of thing, and for every perk that is the challange perk that day you use, you get a bonus
