Did they also do something to flashlights?

When the matchmaking change hit yesterday, it seems like flashlights also blind way faster than they used to. None of the flashlight add-ons make it blind you faster anymore, right? I'll be honest, I was getting chain blinded, and survivors were able to just stop in a straight run and blind me before I could react, including just looking up.

    The only thing I noticed is that flashlights can blind me again through my EARS.
