False Reporting
I literally came back from a billy game on Crotus Prenn, and i noticed there was two streamers in my game, basically the end result of that game was that i managed to get a 4k and kill all of them, when i went to watch the VOD of the match i noticed that there 3 of them in a SWF group and one random and one of the other streamers accused me of speedhacking and lagswitching, but i noticed that the guy who was streaming wasn't lagging at all, nor did any evidence of hacking showed up. Bottom line is that one of them said that they were going to report me for hacking and lagswitching. When there is proof on the stream that i wasn't.
I guess my point is that i wonder how serious BHVR and their team take the reports seriously, do i need to be concerned?

I wouldn't worry about it, they've got all the evidence they need and if anything is falsely reported it's ignored. In the case of the streamers they might not even report you but be doing it for their viewers to make themselves look better.
In over 30+ years of gaming I've never ever gotten banned and i know I've been falsely reported lots.

You should only worry about false reports if there are automated ban systems in place. Thankfully, DbD is not one such place.

I wouldn't be at all worried, since you need solid evidence of cheating in order for your report to even be acknowledged.
