But i noticed that Doctor gains a little bit more height when going into Treatment Mode.
Maybe i'm imagining it, but i was doing a Daily for Doctor.
3 dead, but 2 Generators done.
So i go on the Swamp boat to wait for them to find the hatch. (Or i go for them if i see them.)
While looking around, i switch modes repeatedly against boredom, and start noticing the edges of the boat going up and down ever so slightly.

    It's because his posture is completely straight in treatment mode and slightly leaned forward in punishment mode.

    Yeah, i knew that, but i thought it was just to visually change his pose, not to give a tiny tiny tiny positive. :p
