As much as I've personally given a lot of stick out to the FW you mention you have to accept that this is in the past and the moment to criticize is just too beyond that reasonable point.
The devs had a word with this person and there was a mutual agreement to stop and it's been fine since.
Don't dig dirt back up. FW are FW for a reason. Give them the opportunity to show themselves in a good light for they deserve it as the advocates of this game.
I hope they try to keep the FW lineup diverse. They're doing pretty good so far but it cannot be right to have FW who share the same ideals in terms of balancing and whatnot.

No one knows for sure, but if you go through the different ones you can tie similarities together, high subscriber and view counts, popularity in the community, different regions, marketability, relations with other streamers, direct relations with the devs and so on.
The primary requirement though looks like is to be a twitch streamer or equivalent.
The YouTube channels of most of those chosen are simply repositories for stream clips and videos. The only exception seems to be LionAntonny and Samination, but I mean c'mon, his dbd animations are great!
This would also explain why Monto wasn't on this list. I can't imagine that he wouldn't apply since DbD is his primary game for now.
It's hard not to be a little salty, but the only thing I can do is to keep making YT vids and try to make them better and start streaming when I get a better connection :)
Hopefully, the program will find away to extend to YouTube video creators as well and not just streamers...

Yeah because breaking rules and being favoured is totally just envy. Most people are just envious of rich ppl and politicians who break the rules, they're not mad at them because us plebs are expected to follow rules not the higher ups who are the driving force behind everything /s
Corruption is not an issue of integrity, ppl are just envious that they are not able to be in such positions themselves!
