That would be copycatting the nurse and I don't think it is happening.
What if the smoke from the censer could obscure the map and turn gens/some other stuff fully invisible to a survivor instead of just negating aura reading perks?

That will be useless most survivors know where the gens are and if they do that he/she probably have be the second worst killer

I think they will use the fog to travel faster on the map... and the censor is used for a whip attack that pulls the survivor to the killer.

I didn't really pay much attention to Last Year cause it didn't look interesting. Who cares anyways?... This is DBD. I don't think many at all from the DBD crowd gave a ######### about that game when it came out.

There is a difference between blinking and walking through walls, but it would depend on the movement speed whether crappy version of actually viable

That is not the problem. Having so many options why would you make a killer that will work the same way as a killer in a recently released game?

What if it was like Tracer from overwatch.
When you move you leave trails of smoke.
When you're getting looped you can rewind back to a previous position and either strike the survivor with a basic attack or use a special attack which does something freaky and interesting like emits dark mist around every survivor obscuring their vision and making the general area apparent to the killer.
I know Tracer doesn't do all that. Btw😃

Spirit is not a crappy version of nurse.
Ultimately I see two options: a stealthy killer (like the Pig) or a movement ability killer (like the nurse, Billy etc).
I guess possibility exists to have both in one (like the spirit). I really wish its going to be a movement ability killer as those are top tier almost always.

What if the power is like the Doctor/Wraith where the new killer has two modes? The Normal modes has a base speed of 115% and all regular killer stats.
Yet the power makes the killer faster while being able to phase through walls/rooms, reduce the field of view for survivors, and cause them some sort of threat/debuff in there terror radius that last for a while once they transission back into there normal mode, but the killer is not able to attack while in this form but can still do actions like open lockers and break gens.
