Dwight's perks would work well?

Gen rushing is usually accomplished by splitting up and have 1 survivor on three different gens while 1 guy loops the killer as long as they can.

Your best perks then for faster repairs alone are Resilience and This Is Not Happening.

I would advise you not to genrush and take time to cleanse the dull totems, cause if you rush them noed is very likely, but I’d recommend prove thy self, resilience, maybe spine chill to try to stay stealthy, and another perk of your choice

When I want to seriously genrush, I use No mither, Resilience, This is not happening and Streetwise. I use a Commodious toolbox with the addons to increase efficiency and speed. Then I rush the hell out of them gens. Although this build is extremely strong, it takes a considerable amount of skill to use since you need to be able to put up a good chase while permanently injured.

But yeah its probably the strongest build for genrushing.

Gen rushing just means the killer sucks ^^ and gets pissed when their hex ruin is found

No. It's possible to be gen rushed even with Ruin in play. As I've stated in a different post on the subject, even if the killer manages to chase people off of generators. Even if the killer manages to track down a survivor and eventually hook them. Even if all that happens, survivors have enough tools in their kits, even when playing solo, that matches can take anywhere from three to five minutes.

Took on ZubatLel one time when he was streaming. I was hardly doing nothing as the killer. Got multiple downs and hooks, and they STILL rinsed through three or four generators, even with Ruin in play, like it was nothing. I watched his VoD after and he was hitting every Hex skill check with relative ease. My only saving grace was that my build included Bloodwarden, and that I had managed to RBT two survivors, preventing them from leaving.

I played against a Freddy, not saying Freddy is a bad killer but he got no kills all game and we rushed gens even with Ruin, I was curious because I saw gens being finished with Ruin, it was only removed at 1 left, I usually go for looping killers while gen rushing cause of course it's fun, I run Resilience, Dead Hard, Prove Thyself and Aftercare/We're gonna live forever.

That's a damned if you do, damned if you don't. You could cleanse all the totems, then the killer didn't even have noed and you gave them a significant chunk of time and opportunity to find and kill you (since you have to look for these things while a killer is looking for you). Or you rush, but don't rush to the gates, you look around for any totems (or if you ran across some and did not break them - check them for noed). Which is what I do, I will break a couple (especially if it is in an area I won't revisit later or near a gate - you don't want noed near an exit gate) then leave the rest and note them so I can check them later. It is a compromise between spending a lot of time looking for totems yet having a reasonably good chance to find noed fast.

@darktrix I do the same if I miss some.

Technician is one of my favorite perks, helps with unnerving presence combined with terror radius boosted perks and madness if a doctor. Or just if you suck at hitting skill checks consistently like I do sometimes.

I want to try using Detectives Hunch since I used to main DejaVu in my loadout, great if you finish a gen and Hex:Ruin or Huntress Lullaby or whatever is still up, or if you haven't seen the killer and you see traps placed with hunch then you know its a hag or trapper.

Resilience I tried many times but didn't like because I don't like being limited to when I'm injured, so I prefer Prove Thyself to spread with others. I dunno if you can stack Resilience with Prove Thyself on yourself.

I also used Lithe because I gen rushed but so far I don't know of any crappy exhaustion perks. Ive seen tons of gen rushers who prefer Sprint Burst, imo sprint burst is best used by survivors who can handle chases enough to recharge it while in a chase. I have creative ideas for the Head On one. Especially since I like baiting the killer to places and unlike sprint burst you can actually run and not save it.

    Happy Gen Rushing.

I've wanted to make exit specialist build for awhile and doesn't really require pre-conditions or tool boxes:

Prove Thyself - buffs multiple survivors working on a gen, near start and at end game more likely to benefit - and if someone does help you on a gen you don't lose much efficiency.

Technician - good for doing dangerous gens unnoticed, helps vs. surveillance, makes you a little more bold to go for great skill checks with ruin

Deja Vu - good for finding dangerous gens fast and denying the 3 gen strat

Wake up! - a few seconds can make a big difference on an exit gate, especially with remember me. Not exactly a gen rushing perk, but I got the thing from the shrine recently, it's going in a build.

Finishing the right gen at the right time and getting to them quickly is often more important to me than simply doing any gen fast.

I've run resilience before and it was lackluster, required to be injured and the 9% isn't all that great. This is not happening does make a noticeably larger great skill check zone, but if you cannot hit great skill checks half the time it won't help much (and if you can you don't need it).

In future, the new perk Poised might be interesting to get out of a finished gen area and to your next one more safely and quickly.

I run Resilience with Prove Thyself and Dead Hard, it's great for WANTING to be injured and be able to compensate from being a 1 shot, No Mither might help with that, but I love being rewarded for risk gameplay, since I know how to juke killers, I 180 spin using Dead Hard and just book it, 9% may not seem like much, but in DBD, that matters SO MUCH. For example, Play with Your Food makes you lose your tokens fast, but it rewards you for losing your obsession, 5 to 15% extra speed especially helps end game, for 1 shot killers like Michael, Hillbilly and Leatherface, 15% means your 115 speed is 130%, meaning you are a permanent Frenzy Legion, If Legion had that, he would be running 147%.

Biggest thing is split and never heal, thats what Adrenaline is for.

Yes, healing is time wasted when you could be doing gens instead and killer can only be at one location at the time and all survivors are split in 4 different locations.

On note tho, this strategy requires at least 3 half decent survivors which can be hard even on r1.
