Lore: After the cannibal tribe nearby took his little sister, Lisa, Daniel was sent spiraling into depression. He pleaded with the village elders to do more to look for her, but he was the only one with the hope that she was still alive. He killed all the village in a fit of rage and ran into the swamp to look for Lisa, but instead, he found a thick fog around him.
Weapon: Staff, with a glowing red orb, full of mist. The shaft is carved with entity tendrils.
Power: blockade
Hold M2 similar to Freddy to call the entity to block a window, dropped pallet or undropped pallet or broken pallet area.
The blockade will last 10 seconds. Survivors can still vault the area but will be slowed to 60% speed for 4 seconds afterward.
The power has a cooldown of 4s.
Add-ons:
Common:
1) Slightly increases The barrier duration. 10+2
2) Slightly reduces the cooldown of the barricade. 4-.25
3) Slightly increases speed penalty duration for vaulting barricades. 4+1.5s
4) Blockades are given 200% more points when a survivor vaults them
Uncommon:
1) Increase amount of active barricades by 1. 1+1
2) Survivors who vault the blockade are given the blindness effect for 40 s.
3) Survivors who vault the blockade are given the hemmorage effect for 20 s
4) Survivors who vault the barricade are given the mangled status effect for 40 s
5) Survivors who vault the blockade are deaf to your heartbeat and blind to your red stain for 16 s.
Rare:
1) Increases active blockades by 2. 1+2
2) The blockade is invisible to survivors
3) When a survivor vaults a blockade, gain 25% successful hit cooldown for 40 s.
4) Moderately decrease the cooldown of the barricade. 4-1.5s
5.) Blocking a dropped pallet will break the pallet after the barricade expires.
Very Rare:
1) Fast vaults are forced medium vaults through a blockade
2) Injured survivors who vault a blockade are given the broken status for 40 s
3) Each time a survivor vaults a blockaded area, gain a permanent 3% attack recovery cooldown, up to 30%
4) Tremendously increase blockade duration. 10+6 seconds.
Ultra Rare:
1) The barricade prevents survivors from vaulting
2) Once per match, you can activate your power on a barricade a second time to make it a permanent barricade. Only one per match.
Perks:
Fraud:
When a hex totem is cleansed, this perk will be disabled and another dull totem will embody the destroyed hex and light up. With this perk equipped, 0/1/2 extra dull totems will spawn.
Blood on your Hands:
You enjoy a good killstreak. For every time you hit a healthy survivor in a row, (without hitting an injured survivor in between), gain a 10% stackable bonus to blood points, up to 60/70/80%. When you hit a healthy survivor, all other healthy survivors are shown to you for 3 seconds if they are within 18/22/26m
Blackout:
Every time you hit a survivor, gain a token. At 3 tokens, the next generator you hit will have an instant 3/4/5% regression and be untouchable for 12/15/18 seconds. Hitting a generator with 3 tokens will set tokens back to 0.

Lore: When her older brother, Jake, ran away, Carrie wanted to take on the family legacy. Her Father, a traditional man, didn't think she could handle the family business because she was a girl. Carrie tried to explain his backward thinking and prove herself, but her old man was stubborn. So she stabbed him in his sleep after she snapped. She had never killed anyone or cleaned up blood before, so all she could do was flee. She ran into the forest and was surrounded by a thick fog.
Perks-
Self Help: When you are injured, other survivors within 8m healing speeds are increased by 11/22/33%
Betrayal: When another survivor protects or distracts the killer and takes a hit near you, gain a 5/6/7% haste effect for 8 s. Cooldown of 50 s.
Stubborn Bloodline: You can struggle on the hook for 15/20/25% longer. (Only struggle phase). Points earned in the struggle category are increased by 50

I really like the perks but the killer's power is a bit weak in my opinion. I need to think a little bit on how it could be better
