They must be in every map now? How many per map? Survivors can heal when they use them? Does each killer gain power in a different way when using the fountains?
Need more info on this whole new aspect of the game!

I believe it will work similar towards the Pig’s Jigsaw Boxes, as it’ll only probably be for her and her alone.

The fountains probably wont spawn for other killers like how jigsaw boxes don't.

It’s easy to be confused about it, especially since they didn’t specificy too much about it, but I would think that it’s only for her. 😁
