I visited the site of one of the last leper colonies in Europe (Spinalonga - Greece).
One of the factoids that emerged from that trip was that leprosy wasn't contagious in the traditional sense but acquired from living in certain conditions for a period of time.
So that wouldn't really work for the killer.

I’d like to say Leprosy due to the sheer amount of... Pus filled sacks running up her arm; but her complexion seems to be almost dotted, much like Polio. She also has a whooping cough, so something along the lines of the Flu, Bubonic Plague, or perhaps Changas Disease. These are diseases much like Leprosy, although the likely candidate, is indeed Leprosy.

What about the vomiting? Also, what about the odd redness to her complexion (likely a fever), but still. I think it could be a sister to Leprosy, since the vomiting and skin issues, but not only that she has a fever.

the bubonic plague matches most of the symptoms... and like Iulius Capitolinus said “the plague arose in Babylonia”.
This reminds me of Greek mythology where Apollo shot arrows infected with plague to obtain military advantage, kinda like the new killer. She vomits plague on survivors to gain military advantage, knowing they will manage to pass it to others and weaken them.
