Most probably Thursday.
I got it wrong, I thought they were gonna release the PTB after playing with the streamers but nope, the intention was very different.
As you know, almost always killers get changes and they are never stable because of the feedback. Most probably devs wanted those streamers' opinions on the new killer, her power and both survivor's and killer's perks.
This is why we didn't get too much information about the numbers on Monday stream, they will test the stuff with the streamers and will tweak those numbers (be it perk, status effect or the killer's own power), release them with the PTB and get the community's feedback.
Streamers will come back on Thursday so there is no need to delay the PTB further.

I'm still betting Wednesday. The FW thing is tomorrow, right? So we watch the streamer personalities play it, and then we get to test it soon after. Just like old times.

That sounds like a solid plan, I thought the stream would feature the streamers but since they didn't I knew it had to be for some extra testing from their valued members. I just hope those streamers give good feedback instead of confusing the Devs and ######### things up.

Some of the Fog Whispers and other DBD personalities were invited to DBD HQs this week. They've all been sort of evasive about the whole thing, but I'd be surprised if at least part of the experience wasn't having them play the new chapter.
It could just be that. Or that and something more. Or something completely different. Who knows. But odds are they're going to be doing at least something related to this upcoming chapter, and I imagine we'll find out what that is before we get the PTB.

test with streamers..big oof. There's very few streamers that I'd call competent in terms of balancing opinions. Reminds me of Games Workshop using Tournament players for their playtesting. (spoiler alert, over 50% of your stuff sucks while there's a mathematically calculated set in stone meta....hooray I guess)

Well, good thing we are giving our feedback right after them... but then again a large vocal chunk of the fanbase has no idea what balance is and thinks that the Doctor is OP

What if there is not PTB because those streamers got invited and most likely were able to play? They have enough common knowledge about the game to understand the killer and to make it better. But who knows

that's cute that you believe that. even in my favourite game it takes big voices like jim sterling to do changes (warframe). Devs don't give a crap about their average player's opinion, they want to please the ppl that market their game.

Warframe's devs are ######### aweful at listening to the community though. The whole reason I switched from warframe to DbD was because the devs actually communicate with us

Wednesday is a better day as it gives them more of a grace period before the weekend in case there's any major issues with the PTB.

Also, if the streamrrs got their hands on it first, then why was Tru3 seeing it for the first time during the devstream? The devs haven't said the fog whisperers got to play it first afaik

They didn’t get their hands on it first. There were a small handful of streamers invited to DbD HQ and arrived on Tuesday for few days. They can’t say why they’re there, they’re not being ‘elusive’ they signed NDA’s. We’ll all find out in due course.
