Reigniting Hex totems idea
Posted this in wishlist but hardly anything gets any traction there so I figured I’d bring the idea to general forums.

Running a Hex and the survivors cleansed it right away? Why not reactivate it by igniting a dull totem? This would not be a perk or addon, it would simply be a base addition to all Hex perks.
Idea:
Whenever you hook a survivor, you have 30 seconds to find and ignite a Dull totem to activate a cleansed Hex. If multiple Hexes have been cleansed, the first Hex to be cleansed will be reactivated.
If a reignited Hex totem is cleansed, it’s Hex is out to the back of the reignitation queue.
Reigniting a totem takes three seconds.

It could be interesting to see. I'm not sure if thatd be too strong, but honestly it'd actually help out with everyone complaining about NOED since it'd take away a potential totem.

Maybe reinstate one random hex when a survivor dies. That way certain perks can't be abused with every hook.

This further influences Survivors to cleanse dull totems and that will stop the crybabies from complaining about NOED, especially since you can bring NOED back and whose fault is that?
This should happen yes, completely fixes the problem.

Also stops the genrushing a bit, since survivors will finally take the side objective, cleansing totems, seriously.

how about "Thrill of the hunt" does something like the new Gen perk for "The Plague"
How the entity protects the totems until all dull's are broken? That way the survivors have to look for dulls, break them, then can cleanse the hex totem.

sounds op as #########

How is it OP? It would give killers a chance to use the perk.

That would be the one perk that wouldn't be reigniteable. Like really?

Guess what? You have another totem to find! Enjoy!
