I've been seeing this a lot recently -
Survivors that spawn in to the trial and seem to be AFK except for the fact that they just constantly teabag. There's obviously someone on the other side of that avatar so what are they doing?
Is this some kind of bait and distract tactic?
Because if you hook them someone is always standing by to pull them down, and it's always the same someone. If you hang them a third time it never fails, they disconnect.

Is this some kind of bait and distract tactic?Yeah, kinda like spamming vaults in an area away from the other survivors to get the killer to come for you. Going AFK produces crows and they ping the killer so its less work to get his attention

So f*ing weird to me. That's literally like the 4th team member being voluntarily disposable because, why? Don't even need 4 survivors to win?
If I see it again I just won't touch them. I'm sure I will see it again though.0 -
Some people are having an issue where the spawn into the match and they are unable to move - only the crouch button is working - this could be what you are seeing.

What MandyTalk said. I had this happen to me twice since 2.0 and also saw it on a few other people. Can't confirm that I'd have been disconnected on death hook though since I left the game earlier.
