What does The Plague say when she's talking?
I'm genuinely curious. What does she say when she attacks, gets stunned and does mori on survivors? I'm going to guess it has to do with praying a god or something like that.

Its the entities language im like 90% sure, it sounds a lot like the whispers but in her voice.

It would make sense if she spoke Sumerian or Akkadian (depending on when exactly she lived), but I heavily heavily doubt the developers put any effort into that direction.

It sounds like The Entity's language. When she has Corrupt Purge it sounds very similar to it's language.

The fact she is speaking is an oddity. Only other playable character that speaks is Bill that says "Why" while wiggling.

So I it is confirmed that Bill can somehow speak in the trial but others can't.
The reason she can speak because it was confirmed by Devs Killer can speak but Survivors cant in the Trial . They were hinting all along from beginning that Killers they are gonna make soon can speak.

For sure I'm correct , I studied about Sumerian culture and learnt abit of their language too .. but I could be wrong too either way until it's confirmed.

She is a Babylonian, yes. If she is speaking an actual language it is a dead language. I do know that BE put some research into languages to bring it to life, but how much of her words are an actual language or jibberish isn’t 100% known. It is probably a mix of the two.

I'm pretty sure she says something along the lines of:
"Soooob HAAAAAIP!
YOU GET THE CAP EMOTES AAAND

At the very least I understand the two about the same.

As Russian I can confirm that we hear smth like "Darova"(=HI, which is ironic, i think) and a silenced scream like "Ouch".

I don't think I ever heard Billy speak before? Just make a grunting noise when the survivor wiggles free. It sounds like a grunt or something. Not "Why". But I might be wrong.

Why did the entity choose her if she never really did anything bad before she died of the sickness? Billy was abused so he killed his parents and that's why the entity came. The wraith was tricked into killing people, so he went crazy and killed his boss (I think). The nurse went literally crazy and killed a bunch of patients. And so on. What did the plague do other than take a few followers with her when she left? Is her "Abandonment of her people" count as something worth the entity coming and claiming her?

The Entity doesnt choose people to become Killers just because they did something "wrong". It chooses them based on the strong emotions they experience so it can feed on them. Look at Spirit, for instance. In Plague's case, Im guessing it was her strong devotion to her deities that attracted the Entity.

I don't know about how The Entity choses something to be a killer... consider that even Spirit and Hag didn't do anything wrong before becoming killers.

Hag ate a whole village, and Spirit went absolutely mental. Her rage was pure and powerful, stronger than the entity. It had to strike a deal with her and I think Huntress because they can fight back.

This happened after they were victim of atrocious things. Hag being captured by a village of cannibals and Spirit being killed by her father gone insane. Plague, Hag and Spirit never did anything bad to others but were caught by the Entity because of emotions.

She comes from babylon which is ancient so she is 99.99% speaking MOSTLY in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aramaic_language
I cannot translate it though as I do not know how to spell in this language to backwards translate it to english.
I also watched yt videos to confirm this and it sounds like her tongue. They say it is also the language of Jesus. Which makes sense cause babylon is mentioned in the christian/jewish bibles and possibly others.

Dead languages are hard to translate. Though it leaves room for a lot of imagination
