If Ochido keeps getting banned question?
okay so he has been banned so many times and supposed to be perma banned right? then why does he keep getting to make new accounts? its not like he is keeping it a secret he has a youtube channel with 256k subs so if they were wanting to ban him everytime he makes a new account then why don't they just go to that channel see the new account he made and add that to the ban list? exactly how does perma band work in this type of situation, this question is more about the ban system i am just using ochido as an example to ask the question.

He use some old recording and presumably uses follower’s accounts that allow him to perform on them. Also, can we please stop talking about Ochido on here? There was another post about this week ago, can everyone just let it go? BHVR will ban him again, it’ll happen.

did you even read the end of my post? i was using him as an example i am asking how this perma ban thing works cuz it seems like everyone just goes around it, and Ochido is a very toxic player that spreads toxicity through the community, when he is trolling/juking he talks about how the game is amazing then when a killer gets him he whines about the game being horrible. he will be killer and see someone exploiting the game and say he will report them and hope they get banned then when he is survivor he does the same thing, his picture is next to the word hypocrisy in the dictionary, but i digress if you read my original post above you would see Ochido was merely an example i was using to ask my question. thank you for replying by the way.

Example or not, there’s too many discussions using him as an example and it’s getting really old. But, yes, the perma-ban system right now isn’t the greatest, and there’s not much BHVR can do to keep him under lock and key, just due to the fact that he can easily get a new setup, a new account, or recordings from his followers to keep toxicity flowing.

Performing exploits to ruin other’s gameplay, ban raiding, naming and shaming, and rude behavior towards how other’s play is bannable, things that he has done.

Alot of those videos he posts is really old footage that he has stored but not only that his followers send him lots of clips which he then uses to make montages. If BHVR banned every account in his videos they would be banning a whole heap of innocent players. Unfortunately Ochido can keep circumventing bans by making new accounts. Even if he gets a hardware ban all he has to do is buy a new Computer which i am sure he can afford to do. Nothing will stop Ochido from playing this game on a personal account. He just has to be careful and not reveal the account as being his.

What we need to do is get some toxic survivors with their own channels to make content then trick you know who into using it. A few swift copyright strikes should sink his ship, eh?

Because he has enough money to do so, sadly there are humans that actually support his behaviour and donate money to him.
Any bann can be evaded, even IP and hardware banns.
They cant simply look at the youtube channel and bann him since he does not need to show his account information on stream, they need to actually collect ingame reports and then bann accordingly

His last like, 10 videos have all been new because it's from patch 2.5. He's playing as a fresh David and blocks out his name and never shows the end game screen to avoid the ban. He is indeed still playing the game.

That was inevitable. But can only last so long. He'll eventually be sussed out and banned again. At least he can't stream anymore.
