The New Matchmaking System

I have only played about a dozen or so killer games since the rank reset last month, but pretty much every single one has been like what you see below. I didn't take a screen shot of the previous game, but it was even worse, with the rank 1 only getting 5K BP. The lobby was fully loaded in less than 20 seconds, and none of them were in a SWF group (each loaded into the lobby individually). How can this matchmaking system be fair for anyone?

If this is how the new system is going to be, then we're better off with the system from a couple years ago. At least it matched ranks appropriately.
