What are the conditions?
Just had +2PIP Merciless Killer with only 3 his perks and got no achievement?

Assuming you got 2 pips, you got all four of them, right? Did any of them DC?

I got 3K.
Merciless killer is not about nuber of kills, its about PIPs.
Achievement says nothing about 4K... is that another condition?

you MUST get 4k to get the adept, moris dont count

Hah just get another adept, and only one condition is 4K including disc.. so no need to pip or all stay in game, all you need is nobody escape...
