Meaning of "Baby Killer"

A question: When you call someone "baby killer" in the chat, is it an insult or do you just mean "unskilled/untrained" but don't want to say "noob" because it sounds too harsh?

It is meant as an insult. I'm currently a level 6 killer and after a match I got called a baby killer and trashcan. You'll get a lot of "git gud" messages too. It doesn't matter what your rank is; sore losers are everywhere.

It's meant as an insult to mean the killer lacks skill, yet paradoxically most often used to denigrate opponents who've kicked your ass.

It means you beat them in a way they hate. :examples include, tunneling, camping, patrolling, playing the game, not sitting in your basement while they do gens.:

I'm asking because I often get called this after a match where I didn't have any idea what I was supposed to do. E.g. people hugging wall labyrinths when I play nurse. I didn't really do anything unsportsmanlike like camping and all four escaped. So I thought it is possible that it was just meant as an ackowledgement of "this killer player needs more experience", especially since no other unsults or the like were coming.

I'll refer to a killer as a potential baby or babu privately to myself or to the people in VC with me and then try and offer some advice in end game lobby if they're willing to hear it.
