Both Survivor and Killer DC's need a realtime cooldown

Something like 5/15/30 mins. Enough coddling survivors who "might" have a poor connection. And if a killer wants to depip, fine. Alt F4 it. But enough is enough of the "accidental" DC. It hurts gameplay for all involved.

    As much as I don't like to punish lobby dodging, DC shouldn't be allowed that easily. You screw up your teammates as a survivor, as a killer you waste survivors' offerings, time and bloodpoints. If it's the fault of your internet, well, too bad, but you shouldn't play either way.

    A 15 minutes cooldown would be fair enough ^.^
