Ace is missing his tuxedo???

so i bought ace with irredecent shards and he doesnt have his tuxedo, just his default clothes, any ideas why??

    I believe this is because alternative outfits are the bonus cosmetics for buying the DLC itself. Purchasing characters with shards will give you the character, but their alternative outfits are only from the DLC.

    Sad to say but the exclusive skin you get for actually purchasing the DLC is their default alternative outfit like Ace's tuxedo, Kate's white shirt or Min's cardigan.

     The only DLC that actually gave us something new and exclusive is the Leatherface DLC.
