¿No puedo jugar como killer a alguien le pasa lo mismo?

Cuando quiero jugar como killer la pantalla de carga dura demasiado, cuando entro rara vez se queda algun survivor pero ellos no se pueden mover pero yo si , a veces me sale el error 300 que no me deja guardar lo que hice durante la partida.
Como survivor si puedo jugar normal.
Me podrian ayudar a arreglar mi problema o darme una solucion porfavor.
Aqui esta mi progreso en el juego, solo juego en PS4.
