Is match making messed up atm? 3/14/19

It's taking a lot longer than usual for me to get matched up with survivors(I'm the killer currently rank 7) once i do get people their pings are for the most part high as hell. Any other killers having issues with long wait times as of the current date?

    I play on console. Searched throughout the day sporadically (2 hours in total?) and couldn't get a single survivor in my lobbies. I'm a rank 1 killer (ofc rank 10 after reset just happened) and have never had this problem before. I have 3 different XBOXONES in my household and tried all of them. Heck I even tried different accounts. No luck.

    I played a solo survivor game and we were all green ranks except for the killer. they were rank 18 LOL
