Ok actually as a spirit main I don’t think she’s above Nurse but I still got a bit excited when I saw this.

What is this list even supposed to be?

go to the link I posted, people can vote on killers and perks to put them on this tier list. I really don’t think a spirit is above nurse because a god tier nurse is unstoppable while a survivor with better brain power than a spirit can outsmart them.
She’ll probably drop on the list in a week or so. Just 2 weeks ago she was below billy.

If people vote on it then it's not a real tier list. Real tier lists are made using game data and tournament results. Since we have not had any (official) tournaments for DBD a real tier list cannot exist. You could argue that the Space eSports (or whatever it was) was a tournament result but 1 tournament is not sufficient to make a list, not to mention how poorly it was run and officiated (rules and such).
Still interesting to look at, just making the point you can't make a real tier list without certain criteria.

You’re absolutely right, but I do figure this kind of thing to be a bit less bias compared to a single person coming up with tier lists. However Plenty of people could have voted poorly or highly on anything based on if they, say really hate facing Billy’s or always use a certain perk.

Yeah I think she's above Nurse honestly. It's quite obvious. Just take a look at Tryhard beads or the Wakizashi Saya or Yakuyoke Amulet? They make her stronger than a Nurse with 5 blinks. And don't even get me started on the situation when you combine them...

I believe Spirit is better than Billy but not Nurse. Simply because Nurse doesn’t have to respect pallets and can blink through walls and floors. Spirit has to hope to mind game survivors and still has to respect pallets to some extent. Spirit is still on par with Nurse though but Nurse is still a tad bit better.

Probably because there are a lot of bad Spirit players out there that can't win unless they use PB. It's a fun add-on to use for jump scare builds but when you rely on it as the only means of catching survivors then you aren't a very good Spirit player.

Weird, I don't do any better or worse when using pb. I prefer other add ons in fact.

Same could be said for ANY killers most powerful add-on. If you HAVE to use 5 blinks on Nurse, Iridescent Head Huntress, Insta-Saw Billy, Frank’s Mix Tape, Mint Rag/Rusty Shackles combo, etc...you’re probably not a very good killer. It’s fun to use Prayer Beads sometimes but I rarely use them unless I’m in the mood. I use Spirit’s yellow and green add-ons most of the time and I do just fine. Even the brown add-ons are fine.
It’s okay to use any of the killer’s most powerful add-ons but if you HAVE to use them to do good as that killer then you’ll never learn how to use their base power. You’ll eventually run out of those add-ons.
Prayer Beads are good for jumpscares and disconnects but they aren’t always needed. A lot of times I have noticed a Spirit phasing towards me with PB simply because I could hear her footsteps.

@MegMain98 Yea that's what I'm saying. If you can only win with PB Spirit then you are not a good Spirit. Same applies to every powerful add-on. A truly good killer would be able to win games consistently without add-ons or with yellows at most.
I play with duration/recovery or duration/speed add-ons. Greens are usually all I need to beat even the best groups. Amulet is overrated IMO. Yea it's like 3 yellow add-ons in 1, but you really are better off using green because they boost the specific stats more (considerably compared to moderately). In fact I aim for green add-ons for all my killers, I only use purple/pink for specific builds or if it looks like a really strong group of survivors (eg. 4 toolboxes).
The easiest way to beat PB Spirit is to just always be on the move or have tabs on where she is. Killer detection perks crush it pretty hard. I make a habit of doing a gen for 10 seconds then changing sides, or just moving to another gen entirely. It wastes time but it's a lot safer than sitting on the gen to get grabbed. Also you should aim for gens near corn or tall grass so that you can see her moving. I notice a lot of times when these Spirit players get survivors that know how to beat PB they just come out as awful killers.

Her green add-ons are amazing. The Dirty Uwabaki is probably my favorite. I usually use the Muddy Sports Cap and one of the Tailsman.
I don’t think the amulet is overrated, but it’s not her BEST add-on. The best is easily the Wakazashi Saya. Her pink add-ons aren’t useful. If you can follow the wonky scratch marks you don’t need to see the blood. The Mother-Daughter Ring would be good, but not seeing scratch marks is a VERY heavy setback that makes the add-on bad IMO.
The only time I really use Prayer Beads is if I do a Thrill/Ruin build and wanna do a totem grab build. However I find it not to be worth it. You might get one or two grabs but once they know you have PB they won’t touch them.
Getting within terror radius is usually good enough. I can’t tell you how many times I pulled someone off of the gen at the top of the Myers house when it is a one person generator. They expect to see you coming up the stairs.

Since my BP is used for other characters (prestiging Kate, Clown AND Legion), I havent dumped them on Spirit for a while (P3 and all the perks I want on her). As a result, I run add-on-less frequently (or with just common ones), and I do fairly good with it in general.
I only equip good add-ons if I want to feel OP. Or equip the reappearance add-ons if I need a daily.
