A little change to NOED, only a little change!

at endgame, I feel that the survivors’ Adrenaline is very strong. NOED counters this instaheal by instadowning survivors.

My proposition is this:

IF zero survivors equip adrenaline, and the killer equips NOED, NOED will not activate upon end game.

IF at least 1 survivor equips adrenaline, IF the killer has equipped NOED, NOED will activate upon end game.

This “anti heal” meta now has many survivors just won’t heal and use adrenaline, if they had an incentive NOT to use adrenaline, maybe we will see less poopy end games if one side does not equip their respective perk.

I do not know if with this idea, that is the killer does not have NOED, if survivors adrenaline would work or not. Maybe they could have the the speed and not the insta heal aspect? I do not know.

TL;DR

If the survivors do not have adrenaline, at endgame, killer cannot use NOED. (And maybe vice versa, idk)

    What?

This is so survivor biased that even a survivor main like myself say it.

Why not make it so that adrenaline doesn't work if the killer didn't bring NOED? Why do killers get the pointy end of the stick, not the survivors?

So completely nerf a perk for no reason to stop a perk tthat isnt even that powerful?

I'm survivor main and this is a terrible change

so basically, survivors will be bale to play the entire game with 4 perks, while the killer is forced to play with 3.

    yeah... no.

No, absurd idea. Adrenaline is fine. NOED is a crutch, but it's fine balance wise.

Even if the NOED/Adrenaline needs the other one to go off, it would give survivors a massive lead. Adrenaline went off, so time to look for NOED. They could get it before you even get someone down 'cause they know to look for it before you down someone. Could ruin end game builds and that was part of the reason they hid the end game screens until everyone was out.

Having a perk being reliant on a perk of the other side is very very bad design.

    Change NOED...

    Just a little bit?

Imo the only change noed needs is this:

10 seconds after being hooked, if the killer is within 16m and not in a chase, the auras of all dull totems left in the game are revealed to all survivors. If a chase is ended in the 16m radius, the timer is reset to 20 seconds (to carry surv away).

This change is clunky and doesn't make sense.

What I dislike about NOED is that it rewards you for the survivors being lazy, not for you playing well. If it was changed, I'd like the instadown and speed removed. Instead if any totems are left unbroken, 3 random generators will reactivate. This essentially would make survivors have to do 1 extra gen again. It gives the killer more time to make plays and it doesn't just give free kills.
