Sign this petition to make Pantsless David and to keep the Exhaustion Perks the way they are... Because no refill when running? It should at least be in a chase instead of running in general.

    Maybe they could change vigil into affecting the cooldown in a chase or rather during sprinting. It would work as normal IF you have vigil with you. This would force them into bringing in another perk to keep up their shenanigans. Killer's were forced too long to bring certain perks as a standard, if it doesn't change then at least make it the same for survivors.
