What does a good game for Killer / Survivor entail

So I hear on the forum a lot about people who say "Oh it isn't fun for the killer" or "Oh its not enjoyable for the survivors"

So please enlighten me, in a game which pits Survivor vs Killer - What does a good game consist of because as I see it all you have are two groups of people who both think they are right, both feel entitled and both ######### and moan about the other.

It's all so childish some of the stuff I have read on here. so lets have a grown up debate and please, tell me - what constitutes as an enjoyable game and i'd like you to say if you think you are being reasonable.
