teachable perks ghandi now?  i just hit level 26 with claudette (2nd account) and never saw the empathy teachable in the bloodweb.  under character info, beside the base perk-where a checkmark usually is, is a spinning circle that doesn't stop spinning..  how loud and long should i be screaming right now?

    The teachables are at level 30, 35 and 40.
    So everything is in place, and as usual, you're complaining for no reasons.
