Would the new sloppy butcher changes stack

I asked this because I was wondering does this effect stack with other mangled causing effects for example Amanda's reverse bear traps, Billy's chainsaw, Trapper's traps and so on.

Because we already know things like the two chainsaw addons stack with each other so will this new perk stack as well as it could lead to some pretty interesting bulids.

         I’ve gotta watch this stream cause I’m missing out on all these juicy changes. But I hope Sloppy Butcher still makes survivors bleed rivers!

    Yes the original bleed increase is still present but it also adds the mangled effect. I'm looking forward to a no healing Doctor build.
