Now that we've gotten The Plague we know a religious killer/survivor is not out of the question. So I present The Chapter Deceitful Eye; New Killer Loki, The Trickster, New Survivor Noah Evans, New Map Factory. Loki, The Trickster: Loki is a deceitful and some would say evil but Loki will find a way to change your mind as he has with the Aesir many times. The Aesir forgave and forgot many of what Loki did, but there is one deed that Loki paided dearly for. The Death of Baldur, for this Loki would be tied down onto a rock with a snake dripping venom onto his face, and witness one of his sons eat the other as one was turned into a wolf Loki would e kept bound to the rock until Ragnarok. In the battle of Ragnarok Loki is fighting Heimdal and they kill each other, but as Loki was dying the Entity clung to him, it liked the maliciousness and Trickery of Loki. Loki's terror radius is 15 meters. His terror radius is his laughter. Loki's ABILITY: MISCHIEF Loki shapeshift's into a survivor as Loki shapeshift's he sends out a clone in the last direction he was looking. The clone will carry Loki's Terror radius until he is uncloacked. The clone will vanish into a puff of some on impact with an object, the terror radius will disappear once the clone disappears. Must fill up a meter in order to shapeshift (Like The Shape). Only 1 meter can be held at a time, meaning you can fill up the meter all the way but cannot fill again until used. You fill up meter by "stalking" survivors, you cannot fill up meter while being cloned as a survivor. Shapeshift lasts for 30 seconds. Loki can jump out of Mischief anytime. He will laugh as he exits Mischief. There is a 30 second cooldown before mischief can be used, he can fill meter while in cooldown. Loki cannot use chests, generators, lockers, totems or items while cloned but can use pallets and windows. The meter will refill 20% per second 0-15 meters, 15-30 meters 10% per second , 30 meters and beyond 5% per second. Loki can refill as many times from one survivor unlike The Shape. Loki's PERKS: BACKSTAB: A survivor hit by a basic attack drops pallets, vaults pallets and windows 15% slower (Tier 2 10% slower) applies blindness, goes away once healed. UNTRUSTWORTHY: A survivor hit by a basic attack regresses generators by 7% Per "charge". Untrustworthy has a cooldown of 80 seconds ( Tier 1 3%, 120 seconds, Tier 2 5% 100 seconds) lasts for 120 seconds or if hooked. NOW YOU SEE ME...: Once a survivor is put into dying state your terror radius is applied to the survivor with the most time out of chase, you gain a incrase in FOV by 10%. 0 seconds cooldown. This is removed once survivor is hooked or brought out of dying state ( Tier 2, 0% FOV 30 Second cooldown). NOAH EVANS, as a child growing up in the industrial revolution, Evans has been through some hard times. Both of Evans parents died his father to poor working conditions and his mother to a angry homeless man. Noah Evans knows the streets of London very well and it's machines better. Noah Evans PERKS: STRIKE!: If the obsession is getting chased gain an increase to great skill check size to generators and hooks by 50% (Tier 1 20%, Tier 2 35%). Once the obsession escapes the chase the perk has a cooldown of 180 seconds. OIL BLOOD: once hit by a basic attack leave a pool of black oil which causes the killer to momentarily lose control of movement for 2 seconds. Cooldown of 80 seconds (Tier 2 120 seconds cooldown). MONOPOLY: For every time a survivor is hooked every survivor gets an increase of 50% bonus bloodpoints for working on generators. Cooldown 240 seconds (Tier 2 360 seconds cooldown). The New Map is a old factory from 1868. It's the size of The Game.
