Dishonorable mention for Doctor because all that ######### flashing up on the screen gives me a migraine.

Freddy's really not that bad but it depends on the player. If someone likes to play like a dbag Freddy makes it easy, like LF or Pig.

Doc. He's obnoxious as hell, and 90% of the time they just zap me repeatedly since they can't catch me and it's just a lot of noise, and annoyance.

Another vote for Legion, although Hag is almost right up there with them, too, since I don't run Urban and getting anywhere on the map is a chore and takes eons.

To be honest, no killer is bad to go against when you have a good team.
I play only solo, so... Yeah, let's say a good team is very rare then. As a solo player I focus on stealth, so it would be natural to dislake anti-stealth killers. The most annoying of them all is Legion, probably, closely followed by Freddy. I know they are not OP, because they are kinda weak, but annoying as hell.
On the other side my favourite killers to go against are, starting from the top, Nurse, Spirit, Hag and now Plague.

Nurse, Legion or Spirit. If your screen didn't get so dark with Legion I could tolerate him more.

To play as billy, i could just never get into him and i was really bad with the chainsaw. To play against probably pig, because for some reason everybody camps me as pig:(
