New Killer: The Banshee, also known as Irene Williams

A screaming killer, able to deafen survivors with her power, Howling Catastrophe. Her 3 teachable perks, Multitask, Damaged, and Severe Rage, allow her to carry survivors and vault/break pallets, provide negative effects against objectives, and stun survivors.

Power: Howling Catastrophe

Hold the activation to charge your power. After fully charging your power, you will unleash a 32m radius radial scream that can be heard by survivors. Screaming takes 2 seconds to charge and forces your camera upwards. Screaming itself is 4 seconds. The scream radius will last for 12 seconds and will fade away after. Survivors hearing the scream will be affected by the Deaf status effect, and will become injured if they are healthy and stay in the radius for a while. They cannot be downed using Howling Catastrophe. The Deaf status effect causes survivors to lose their hearing over time. Once a survivor is fully deaf, they will not be able to hear your terror radius, generator progression, or hear the noises of other survivors or the noises you make. Survivors affected by the status effect will become more deaf if they are within your terror radius or repairing a generator. In order for a survivor to recover from this status effect, they must mend their ears by holding the power button. This takes 9 seconds by default. Once a survivor is fully deaf, their location is revealed to you and a status effect will appear over their name.

Weapon: Corroded Chain

Appearance: Long, flowing stained dress with pale skin, white hair, and pitch-black eyes.

Default Outfit: White messy hair with an extended dress with dirtied heels and a metal chain as her weapon.

Misc: The Banshee is able to float. She stands on the ground only while screaming. She breaks generators/pallets with her 'powers' and her leg. She kicks the object once, and 'zaps' the object to destroy it. Her breathing is irritated from screaming too much.

Perks:

Multitask (common/uncommon/rare)

You have a strong grab on your prey. While a survivor is on your shoulder, you are able to vault and break pallets at 20/35/50% the normal speed. While performing an action while a survivor is on your shoulder, their wiggle bar is reduced by 25%.

Damaged (uncommon/rare/very rare)

Damaging your environment harms others, bringing delight to your foul character. Generator regression is increased by 20/25/30%. Kicked generators have their repair time increased by 3/4/5 seconds.

Severe Rage (rare/very rare/ultra rare)

You are angered when you do not get what you want. When you injure a survivor with your basic attack, their speed boost received from being hit is reduced by 50/65/80% and they will be stunned for 3 seconds. Survivors cannot be downed while stunned. Severe Rage can be used every 15 seconds.

A social blogger, able to aid her team. Her 3 personal perks, Resolution, Video Recorder, and Broadcast, allow her to fail less on missed skill checks, see the killer's aura, and share auras with other survivors.

Default Outfit: A blonde bun with a striped long sleeve tee, skinny jeans, and black boots.

Backstory: Amber Kelly Hilton was born in the small town of Cape, North Carolina. At a young age, Amber developed a liking to the internet. Occasionally, she would come home from school, skip over her homework, and blog on the network to chat with friends or post on forums. As soon as the appropriate age arrived, she had the liberty of travelling anywhere she wanted. She ordered a passport and traveled to countries surrounding her that she dreamed of visiting. As time progressed, new types of electronics came out. When Amber heard of the video recorder, she begged her at-the-time boyfriend, Paul, to buy her one. One day, while on the way home from work, she received a text message from her boyfriend stating that he bought it for her. Amber was filled with excitement. She sped home, ignoring red lights and speed limits. Once she arrived home, she kissed and hugged her boyfriend, admiring him for what he had bought her. Amber grabbed the device, ran into her room, and began recording, creating a blog on the internet for everyone to view. Time passed and she began to receive followers, likes, and comments on her posts. More time passed and she received money from her blog posts. Amber changed the style of her blog and allowed her viewers to make plans for her posts. One viewer begged her to visit the UK, a place Amber hadn't visited. Amber took this comment into consideration, agreed on it, and packed her bags and left the house to fly to the United Kingdom, kissing her boyfriend goodbye. Amber arrived at the airport, purchased a ticket, and scurried in the plane heading towards the UK. While crossing the Irish Sea, the plane experienced turbulence. Amber took her video recorder out, and began recording. She had stated her final goodbyes and her will as the plane had blown both engine and was flying down below. While the plane was in the process of crashing, Amber had been sucked out of the plane and was falling. She had passed out by this point but her video recorder was intact and still recording. Amber woke up on the muddied ground. She had landed on an island. Amber was surprisingly unbroken, except for her aching back. Mist suddenly had arrived. Amber took out her camera, and recorded her requesting help. The recorder captured Amber fainting, and vanishing under a thick cloud of fog. The recorder had been found and Amber's video was posted onto the internet for everybody to see. Nobody knows of Amber's current location, or if they'll ever see her again.

Perks:

Resolution (common/uncommon/rare)

An unidentified force prevents you from making the same mistake all over again. Skill checks are 13/15/17% less likely to appear. On a failed skill check, the penalty you would receive from a regular failed skill check is reduced by 23/26/29%.

Video Recorder (uncommon/rare/very rare)

You have a sense that nobody else has, a sense that alerts you of upcoming danger. Interacting with a generator or a locker allows you to see the killer's aura if they traverse near the generator or locker you have interacted with within 12/24/36 meters. The aura of the interacted object is revealed to you within 36 meters. The perk resets once you are hit. Only 1 interacted object at a time.

Broadcast (rare/very rare/ultra rare)

You broadcast the routine of your life on the internet, giving your viewers an insight of your life. Within 12/16/20 meters of another survivor, any auras you see are revealed to them.

cool chapter but it would need some rework for it to be viable

the killers power is fine for the most part and would probably just need a few tweaks with her scream such and how much seconds it lasts

the killers perks would definitely have to be reworked to the max, they all seem to be repackaged and/or op versions of nurses callings, make your choice, and overcharge.

Survivors perks are fine but would need some tweaks

broadcast is the only one that’s way too op and would just cause the killer to get out of range just enough for you to progress on the hook

resolution is alright but it seems only viable against ruin

video recorder would just have to a shorten distance to maybe 10/24/36 meters.

Thats all i got but otherwise those small problems it’s a really good chapter :)

Thank you! I'll edit the perks so that they're different. I'll keep Damaged, though, because in my opinion, it doesn't seem like a repackaged version of Overcharge. We have never had a perk that increases regression speed. But otherwise, thank you for your feedback. :)
