Nurse issues with Monitor & abuse 3

So one of my favourite things in this game is to play with builds that affect terror radius some how, either increase a lot or reduce. As it makes people play in interesting ways, So monitor and abuse gets used in a lot of my builds, but on nurse i've been refusing to level it up to level 3 due to the FoV change. It is highly disruptive and makes it hard to adjust your blinks as it constantly shifts. So having 3 over 1 or 2 seems to be a downside.

I would rather have 1 or 2 meters less benefit from it than have to deal with the fov issues. I could run shadowborn with it, but i would prefer not having to use an extra slot to counter the downsides of what should be a benefit. And i don't think i should be avoiding a perk on the blood web that i wanna use, but dont wanna level.

How does everyone else feel about this perk on nurse?

    Wait why don't you just use shadowborn they removed the downside of being more susceptible to flashlights
