NOED needs to be a built in killer perk, if you ask me.
Basically playing killer is the hard mode of the game, right now.
Games are over within minutes and there is nothing you can do, as killer to prevent it.

(that may not be to you Caretaker) but i love how 200-800h players are talking about stuff being too hard, or "you cant stop looping" xD as 1st this isnt e-sport you dont need to 4k every game or escape everygame, as 2nd you will never acknowledge someone can be better than you and do stuff better so you could have goal to be better to play better but nah just tunnel and tell its EZ game, i wrote that because of some reviews

How about dont nerf it and rework it.
OhTofu had a good idea for it based on how many hooks you get it noed then would reward the killer for doing their objective instead of relying on it to save the game.
Its kind of how I wanted monstrous shrine to work too, like the entity would highlight specific hooks for you to hook survivors on and it gives you bonuses based on which tier your at.
So eventually 5th special hook would be basement and that would do something crazy like skipping a hook state or sacrifices them faster than current MS

bruh noed is a big crutch for baby killers who cant kill all survivors before all gens are completed and besides noed IS the counter to adrenaline anyways and they even buffed noed for all you crybabys out there so even if it gets a nerf so what git gud or get lost

Uh, not sure what you mean tbh. As for me going on 1700 hours, play both sides, 5 4k's off 100%. Yea, of course low hour players say it's too hard, or that killing is easy, cuz that's how it is. Starting killer is super easy cuz survivors are potatoes, then it shifts as you rise up in the ranks.

I personally don't think the audio cue for dull totems is unreasonable. As for noed I don't care for it but don't really have a problem with it.
As a compromise maybe make noed give you instadown only on survivors you've already hooked. While adrenaline gives the heal to only one person while keeping the speed burst for all. This might put both of them in a fair spot.

I've used it as an endgame perk just to screw around with it and usually just let the survivors go if they weren't toxic. Noed is fine and only change should be no speed boost or a decaying one.
