    1. you must crouch walk over hag traps.
    2. hug objects that are circular to avoid Leatherfaces chainsaw.
    3. give the killer time to vacate the hooked area and gain some distance before attempting an unhook.
    4. if you see a killer camping a survivor or staying in the area it’s best to do gens, attempt a rescue before next hook phase if possible.
    5. get in a locker if a survivor is downed, count to 5 slowly once they are hooked , then get out of the locker to avoid being detected by bbq.
    6. run away from the screaming auras when facing a Doctor to avoid madness as long as possible.
    7. put objects between you and killers with chainsaws that way they can’t snipe you as easily.
    8. teamwork makes the dream work.
    9. when playing against a wraith search chests for a flashlight, you can blind him out of invisibility.
    10. miss skillchecks or find a friend to wake you up against freddy.

Im going to add that you dont need to step right into hags trap to trigger it. It has wide range and can get even more wider with addons. Also once unhooked you need to land on a ground in crouching state to counter a trap.

@HeroLives 3&4, they can not be repeated enough times!!!!! Those are the difference between a team standing a chance at winning and a team getting wiped out.

    I'd like to add..

    - If the killer chases you, run around a pallet. If the killer gets too close drop the pallet.

Its not hard. Its really not hard at all. It seems some survivors can't even do that these days though

1)Dont fix several gens in one area. You should fix gens one by one in each area to avoid three gens strat.

    2) At the charge of a second (last)nurses blink if you happened to be away from her at decent range dont go backwards(when playing nurse i always laugh when i down survivors only because they gave backwards i wouldnt reach them otherwise).

    3) Freddy in a dream world cant see #########

    4) When Billy is about to sprint with his chain saw when close to you you can do the next:

1 - hug him to the point he cant see you then when he turns go back to where you were and try to gain a distance chances are he will lose you out of sight for a few seconds.

2 - wide zig zagging . The trick is you run in one direction and when killer turns following you you go to the other direction . Not only its harder to chainsaw someone when hes doing that but it also can cause Billy to curve and buy you a lot of time . It also works good against Nurse when she blinks.

    5) Billy has a cooldown when he quits his power.

    6) if killer hooked survivor at the middle of three gens that are close to each other hes going to defend gens and hook at the same time. The best thing you can do here is start to gen rush as soon as possible forcing killer to go for someones else. Dont try to screw around hook trying to save that survivor before another chase has started

If you are in a chase, don't run to the hooked surv with the killer in tow.

If you get downed closed to the hooked surv, don't stay there. Crawl away. Otherwise it's 2 camps for the price of 1.

    Don't selfcare against Legion. 🙈

1 - When looping, make sure you face/body is glued to this loop. This provides better Space management and if you do it corretly, is possible to loop 2-3 times before needing to drop pallets.

2 - When the last gen is completed and there's 2 or 3 of you guys who are afraid of opening the gate, a strategy I use is waiting nearby the killer to patrol and right after push the lever for around 4 seconds if Im not mistake. This will make progress to the gate but won't show in the lights powering them (the 3 red ones). Wait for them patrol again and proceed to completly open the gate =)

3 - Notice where the basement is: the shack is a great place to loop and mindgame but if the basement is there and you're injuried, is just not worth it considering theres a lot of killers who have a strong basement game.

4 - When healing yourself, never go to the corner of the map: there are no pallets or structures to help you if the killer spot you.

5 - If possible, always heal yourself. It doens't matter if is a legion or a 4.4 mov speed killer. Always consider that you're prone to mistakes and having another heal state can do wonders.

6 - If you don't have balancing landing is important to avoid highter places if you're in a chase: your char will always stagger upon the fall, shorting the distancie between you and the killer.

7 - Take tour time before working on a gen: firstly analize your surrodings searching possible loops and pallets locations. Always have 2 ways in case of the killer comes from one.

8 - Mostly important: never get out of your way for flamming people, be the killer or teammate. We get it, the game may be frustating but the moment you get out of your confort zone to spam another people, is the moment you should revise your morals and having a time out of the game. If you don't have something nice to say, then preferly don't.

Dont tbag at the exit gate...in fact dont tbag unless you actually do something impressive...getting the gates open does not qualify.

Perfect! I'm not, that's why I always try to avoid losing and thus end up as a tryhard.

I'm not trying to win, I'm trying to avoid losing!

A lot of good points up there. I think the most important thing for survivors is to be well aware of the circumstances of the match. A team of 4 survivor can perform well only if everyone understands the game settings in a particular moment.

To be specific, try to always have an idea of where your teammates are, what they can do and what you should do to help them. Try to not lose time what so ever.

There would be a million points to address but generally speaking the people up here already addressed a lot of things.

    ---anyway----------->

Don't choose a corner to be your house and spend the rest of the match there.

PLEASE don't self care in corners hahaha i swear i will heal you, usually pretty fast. Also a lot of people run healing builds so trust them. I mean, self care can be good but you know, don't waste an entire match self caring.

Don't bomb a hook with 2 other people and end up dying in front the hooked guy.

Don't loop a killer around a hooked guy/run there to find pallets. If you get downed in this scenario you are ######### my friend hahaha

Do the gens. Seriously, don't run around searching for ruin an entire match, do some gens and spend a reasonable amount of time to find the ruin, it's a lot more efficient compared to not doing gens at all.

Don't waste all the pallets without a reason.

Don't be super toxic hahah if a killer get mad and start camping/tunneling the game become a little unfun.

Trust your teammates. Not everyone, maybe don't trust a Nea cause she will kill you or a p3 claudette hahaha just joking, try to collaborate.

Don't take random hits to protect somebody if it's unsafe for you and him.

DO take a hit if it can save the day! But as i said, be careful.

    P l e a s e don't be salty 24/7 and don't insult people.

I'm bored now haha probably I missed some important stuff. Well, see you in game :---------------------------------)
