In game report bans
So the website has never been able to accept clips from me when I try to send additional in game report info. So I've given up on that venture.
My question is. Do they actually ban based on in game reports? Or only based on support tickets?

It depends on the report.
For example
Toxic end game chat a report at the end of the match is only needed.
A lagswitcher needs reported at the end of the match and without a doubt video evidence via the website linking it to your first report.

Yea I keep having killers working with survivors to kill me and farming. But I've collected videos and their support website just refuses to accept any clips. I've tried for months

If I were in charge of it, the sheer amount of post game salty reports would just make me ignore them altogether

Have you tried uploading to YouTube or another site and posting the link in the report?
That's what I always do ;)

Will they actually look at it?

I wouldn't bother

@Zillence upload the video to YouTube as unlisted, and then put the URL of the video in your ticket. That’s the only way that you can do it on the PS4, and I’ve gotten quite a few people banned, as the PS4 records up to the last 60 minutes of gameplay. You need to clip the video to just the game in question, lobby to scoreboard.

Seriously I need a video evidence against a lag switcher? They can't use EAC to see what was he running and check his ping?

@Zillence - How often do you get to the point where you need to report someone? Other than a few bots and couple of Claudettes refusing to leave I've never had a real need to to report anybody.

Laugh at the salty BS and move on to the next match...it's the easiest way to go.
