So about that report option not working.
This is what's happening more and more frequently due to jack asses knowing you're not doing anything apparently according to posts. The saddest part was as the Nurse he had to camp within 10 meters of the hooked survivor. I've also had a wall hacking Hillbilly who knew here everyone was as well in last few matches.
It's hard enough as a solo queue survivor to play, but then you get this crap along with a lvl 4 rage quitting it's really aggravating knowing the report system is apparently worthless right now.

I cant see a bannable offense. Even though the language is quite rude, its not enough for a bann.
Camping is completely fine, its part of the game. I have been accused of wallhack several times too already, so I am not gonna bother with this one

That last part is totally false since no where did I ever say I reported them for camping nor did I do so.

Racism is bannable, and I didn't report for camping, just calling the jerk out for doing it as a nurse I mean #1 killer all solo queue and you basically face camp. To make it more laughable they camped the hatch after I'd done 3 gens. Would blink towards the other gens I was working on then immediately blink back.
Also I've never rage quit and I could understand quitting over a face camping nurse which is absolutely pathetic when gates aren't even close to being done.

I'm hoping BHVR adds a new report system in the future. Ideally one where game related bans and chat bans are separate. That way there can be no hesitation for punishing chat abusers and the more serious offenses can be reserved for game bans. Also some sort of system in place where they can prohibit people from using the report system if they abuse it would be nice. Such as reporting someone for camping would get you a week restriction from the system.
Although if they're going to not use their report system at all they could at least get rid of it. The placebo effect of having an unusable report system in game does nothing. I admit a need for the report system isn't urgent but I'm getting a little tired of seeing racial slurs in my chats which have been getting more frequent. Yeah I can disable chat but that solution is just punishing the rest of the people in the lobby for one person being awful.
Also to the user who said racial slurs are not bannable here is an older thread. You could argue whether it's even relevant now but they had it in mind when writing the rules.

I've reported several people that typed in the end chat to me "get cancer", "kill ys" etc. I don't know what happened to those reports. Like I feel this kind of language is so offensive it should deserve a temporary ban.

The last part is false, so then please explain me why devs removed the email report system. It was the only reliable way to hand in video material of cheaters/hackers/exploiters

Just return to lobby immediatly, generally survs are waiting for you to post something like a "gg" just don't and ignore them. This is what i do and i'm happy with that !

The same is true for killers reporting for looping which is legitimate also.
If when they redo the report system if they had something above each category depending on side that explained that. It'd go a long way to reducing needless reports. If the did it pre game in the lobby or even during loading screen it'd help as well.
