You do know that not all devs agree on the same thing. It’s okag for people have different opinions. There are somethings McLean does not like about the plague power. At the end of that is his opinion and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, overall we know the devs say that they find nothing wrong with noed and they are not changing it.

I'm sure we'll get the Freddy changes before the Legion changes.
I've been blown away by all the progress, updates, and information they've been dropping regarding the Freddy rework, so I'd be very surprised to see Legion happen first.

You took a clip completely out of context, twisted it, and used it to meet your agenda. He was being faceous when he made the statement, which also included Hex: Ruin. Posting false information is a violation of forum rules.
Everyone else, watch the video starting at least a minute before this clip begins, and watch it until the end of the game. You will see how Raccoon has twisted the truth and completely lied to everyone.

I'm honestly not sure if he was joking. What he said was followed with a laugh and it was after he said something along the lines of "I'm gonna get hate for having NOED." If we were to nerf everything you can possibly get hate for, you need to nerf Adrenaline, Claudette, and Exhaustion perks, too, though.

In all seriousness though, it really ain't that hard, i have a hard time remembering totem spawns because i like to be chased and am normally the aggressor of the group, which is why i normally bring Detectives Hunch to help me out when i have that little bit of time to myself.

Start watching from around the 1:58:00 mark, until the end of the game. The clip posted starts around 2:03:45. After the clip he includes Hex: Ruin to provoke a response from those in his chat channel. BTW, the perk on the right that he is using, is Hex: No One Escapes Death.
