Making Games Longer
So, yesterday I was playing some killer games and was Gen rushed several times and was thinking, is there no way to stop this from happening? And that got me to thinking of some changes I think would be good ideas. For example one way i was thinking was that each generator is initially "locked" until a switch (like the gate lever) is pulled and unlocks a generator, each switch would take a certain period of time (I'm unsure of how long but i was thinking 20 seconds). The killer of course could interrupt this action but progress would be saved. This would make it harder for survivors to gen rush and make it easier for a killer to find survivors before 3 Gens are done. An alternated way of prolonging games i was thinking of was to again have generators locked at the start of the match and the first objective survivors would have to do is find keys that would unlock a generator, this would take less time to do if a survivor knows what they are doing but the downside is its harder to find the keys compared to the switches from the prior idea. I don't know if any of these ideas are good so some feedback would be appreciated

Generators cannot progress past a certain % checkpoints unless all generators have reached that checkpoint. Set it at maybe 5% per checkpoint.
