Cant play as Ash

So as we all know DBD dropped Ash today.
As a huge Evil Dead fan I got hyped. Till he dropped cause I quickly remembered. I can’t play survivor. Wait times take up to 20-30 minutes on PSN and it is ######### terrible to have to wait 30 minutes to get into a game where others DC and the killer tunnels and camps me out.
I wouldn’t care so much if I didn’t have to sit waiting for half my evening just for one game 🙄
