Fix second Chance perks, by fixing Objectives.
Second chance perks are Over Powered. Why? Because with a single second chance perk and a little bit of skill, all gens can be done in one chase/hooking. Grabbing the guy off the hook as people open the gates.
How do you fix this? Make all generators require a part to start repairs. And make these parts spawn away from survivors. This will do a few things.
Stop Gen rushing: It wont stop it completely. But gens wont be able to just be ran to and done in a couple mins.
Encourage more tense moments for survivors: Nothing like having to slip by the killer to get somewhere.
Give SWF groups another layer of tactics to consider: Now you might have distraction, a hunter, and 2 repairmen. As opposed to 3 repairmen and a distraction. Or maybe you want to get all the parts into gens first? See what i'm getting at here? Good.
Now, you might be saying something like "The heck does this have to do with my MoM and DS?" To that i say: Read the very first paragraph again.
edit: I'de like to note that I have playtested this in KWF. I had the survivors find chests and loot them before doing gens. Everyone agreed that it made the game more fun, since they had to try and sneak past me a couple times. The games would last around 10-15 mins, which is good, considering my SWF group are all red ranks.

Whatever the devs decide to do, this is what needs to be done.
Change up the objectives and fix the end game.
Those two things will give the killer more time to play. Even through all the second chances a survivor decides to bring in.

ill probably say that second chances are not powerful except sprint burst,balance landing or adredaline but thats it no others are soo powerful and yes it needs more objective that alot of ppl want to see and its fiding parts to fix the gens and thats it
