Connect Twitch Tournament with multiple platforms

Hello everyone, I hope someone can give me an answer and sorry, english isn't my first language.
Is it somehow possible to connect the Twitch Tournament with multiple platforms? For example I play five rounds on PC today and tomorrow three on PS4 / XBox? Did this with a new code request and it was also accepted, but the laps played do not connect.
