They did Quentin dirty.
Y'all be calling Quentin ugly. They just need to seriously update him in-game. They did him dirty. He looks seriously ugly, even though in the movie he's gorgeous. I was excited about him coming out but when he did I was honestly kinda scared. Quentin's hot in the movie, I'd die for Kyle Gallner. This is what he ACTUALLY looks like.

I don't think Quentin looks that bad, but he would look so much better with Kyle Gallner's likeness.
I doubt they'll ever change him (licensing issues and the expense of getting likeness rights make it hard and there's no monetary incentive for BHVR to change him), but I'd love it if they did make DbD's Quentin more like the film's Quentin.
Someone on reddit did a photoshop edit of our dreams though, so at least we have that.

I'll agree with that. Like I can understand they need to differentiate in-game Survivors from their film counterparts if you can't get likeness rights, but I also don't get why they end up looking so...

Sort of irrelevant, but the same person who edited Quentin did one for Laurie & Tapp too.
I think it's honestly such a shame that BHVR didn't/couldn't secure likeness rights. It doesn't ruin the game for me, but it does make me sad.

Original Quinten has a recessed ass chin and his neck is trying to swallow his face.
Dbd quentin looks like he died in his sleep and his body is animating for some reason.
Also, Laurie in dbd is hideous af. I didnt think the fan edit resembeled her as much as the other two resembeled their guys so I took the pleasure in fixing Laurie on the bottom right image with the blue star and left the original fan edit over it for compare.
