Toxic vs. Mind games
Nothing is more frustrating to a killer than a blood spattered Nea with zebra tights looping and tea bagging while stirring up rage. Toxic survivors is the tag given to this play style. But how does this differ from using mind games to throw the killer off his game? Or is it considered the same tactic? Feedback is more than welcomed.

If a killer stays hooked on her that's their fault. If you feel like they're "playing" you, or you cant catch them, find someone else or patrol gens. They can waste all the time they like.
So id say it's not toxic, when you're trying to keep the killers attention. It's getting under the killers skin, or a waste of their time. Both are in the control of the killer as to how they respond.
The actions themselves may be seen as toxic, especially if its exit gate waiting, or at a distance when you wont chase, etc, but that's really only if you let it get to you. Plus those are the ones that usually DC when caught to begin with.

Well triggering them, makes them distracted and they throw the game to tunnel you.

The difference is mind games tend to end chases with a survivor escape rather than prolonging it

mindgame is playing the game and knowing how to win a chase and looping is the most basic juke any survivor with a brain cell can do
