Certain actions should never max out on BP
Unhooks, totems and generators. I understand why there are caps in general, otherwise you could farm forever. At the very least generators should max out 1250 by 5 (so when farming people don't 99% all gens or let the killer kick a gen 1,000 times).
I just think it's ridiculous that I can play a game and there are gens left or people to unhook but I can't get any points for something that needs to be done because I played well.
And sometimes I carry Prove Thyself and max out before I'm done with the second gen. I can't just stop doing gens and focus on altruism or boldness because I'm solo and can't rely on my teammates like that.
Similarly it makes no sense for me not to get BP for cleansing Hex or dull totems because I did well in a couple chases with the killer and maxed out boldness.

I wholeheartedly agree with you, especially objective category should never max out (32k cap should remain though)
I would say remove categorical caps for survivors, in order to max out everything you have to get 4-5 unhooks, a couple of heals, 5 generators with 2 doors if you don't coop, get chased a lot in order to max out boldness and escape the trial.
Survival bloodpoint system should get reworked. 1 unhook that literally takes 2 seconds awards you 1000+500 but working on a generator for 80 seconds gives you 1250. Some people argue that unhooking is risky and the survivor puts himself in danger but I disagree, if the killer doesn't camp, survivors on generators are at greater risk than that david who is crouching around to get the unhook.
Some actions should give more bloodpoints and at least boldness and objective categories' caps should be removed imo.

Very well said. I agree with all of that. I like the idea of just removing the categories and keeping the 32k cap.
